Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks within our warehouse and on-site, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Duties
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks effectively.
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required.
- Support skilled tradespeople in their duties, providing assistance where needed.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual work
- Full UK Driving Licence (preferred, not essential)
- Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Previous labouring experience is an advantage but not essential
- CSCS card (preferred but not essential)
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
