About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Multi-Skilled Plasterer to join our team on a temporary to permanent basis. You will be working across social housing properties, carrying out repairs and maintenance within both void and occupied homes.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for consistent full-time work with the opportunity to secure a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out all aspects of plastering, including patch repairs, skimming, rendering, and making good.
- Complete repairs and maintenance in both void and tenanted properties.
- Undertake basic multi-trade tasks where required, such as minor carpentry, tiling, decorating, or other general repairs.
- Deliver work to a high standard while maintaining excellent customer service when working in occupied homes.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures.
- Accurately complete job sheets and communicate effectively with the scheduling team.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a plasterer, ideally within social housing repairs and maintenance.
- Ability to carry out a range of basic multi-skilled repairs.
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Good understanding of health and safety practices.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
