Duties
- Greet guests warmly and efficiently upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Ensure the bar area is clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times
- Handle payments accurately using the POS system and manage cash transactions responsibly
- Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including special dietary options and daily specials
- Support barista duties when necessary, preparing coffee and speciality drinks to a high standard
- Uphold food safety regulations and hygiene standards throughout all service activities
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods
Requirements
- Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is preferred; restaurant experience or bar experience is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and standards
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable manner
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a lively environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings if required
