We are a well-established GP practice in Sutton, committed to providing high-quality, patient-centred care to our local community. We're looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Practice Nurse to join our friendly team and play an important role in delivering excellent primary care.

About the Role
As a Practice Nurse, you will provide a wide range of nursing services to patients of all ages, helping to promote health, prevent illness, and support the management of long-term conditions. Every day brings variety, and you will have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients while making a real difference in their health and wellbeing.
What You will Be Doing
- Deliver high-quality nursing care within a busy GP practice.
- Carry out health assessments, routine examinations, and chronic disease reviews.
- Administer immunisations, vaccinations, injections, and medications in line with current guidelines.
- Provide cervical screening, wound care, dressings, and other treatment room services.
- Support health promotion by educating patients on healthy lifestyles, medication, and self-management of long-term conditions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using the practice's clinical system.
- Work collaboratively with GPs and the wider multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated patient care.
- Help maintain clinical standards, infection control procedures, and stock management within the treatment rooms.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- A Registered Nurse (NMC) with current registration.
- Experienced in general practice nursing or primary care.
- Confident in delivering treatment room services and chronic disease management.
- Friendly, approachable, and committed to providing outstanding patient care.
- Organised, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable using electronic patient record systems.
- Keen to continue developing their skills through ongoing learning and training.

Pay: £30,352.32-£51,116.62 per year
