Responsibilities
- Deliver tutoring sessions tailored to each student’s learning needs and goals.
- Assist students with understanding complex concepts across various subjects, including special education requirements if applicable.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing constructive feedback where appropriate
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
- Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment that promotes student motivation and confidence.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, or educational specialists to ensure comprehensive support for each student’s development.
Requirements
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching Year 1 to 11.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively.
- Passion for education and helping students achieve their full potential.
- Patience, adaptability, and the ability to motivate learners of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
- Organised approach to lesson planning and record keeping.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in education or specialised areas are advantageous but not essential.
