Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Car Valeter to join our professional team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring vehicles are presented in pristine condition, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Duties
- Clean and valet vehicles thoroughly, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, and interior cleaning
- Ensure all vehicles meet company standards before delivery or customer collection
- Maintain the cleanliness of the valeting area and equipment
- Assist customers with vehicle-related enquiries in a courteous manner
- Drive vehicles safely within the premises when required for movement or testing purposes
- Report any vehicle damage or issues observed during valeting to management
- Follow health and safety procedures diligently to ensure a safe working environment
Experience
- Previous experience in vehicle valeting or detailing is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate vehicle movement around the premises
- Good command of English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate tasks efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction
