Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate team activities to ensure high-quality service and operational efficiency throughout the day
- Manage staff schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to maintain productivity levels
- Support sales initiatives by motivating team members, assisting with merchandising, and ensuring product displays are attractive and organized
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain excellent phone etiquette to enhance the customer experience
- Oversee store cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols to uphold a professional environment
- Conduct briefings with staff at the start of each shift to communicate goals, expectations, and important updates
- Maintain administrative records such as attendance logs, sales reports, and incident documentation with strong organizational skills
Experience
- Proven supervising or management experience in retail or a related customer-focused environment
- Demonstrated team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse groups effectively
- Strong communication skills in multiple languages are a plus; bilingual abilities are highly valued for engaging with a broader customer base
- Experience in sales management, merchandising, and retail operations is preferred
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy weekend hours
- Previous administrative experience including handling phone calls professionally and maintaining detailed records
- Supervising experience in a fast-paced setting with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service is essential
