About the role

We're looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Small Works Coordinator to join our team. This is a pivotal role responsible for coordinating inspections and small works activities, ensuring projects are scheduled efficiently, customers are kept informed and work is completed to the highest standards.
Working closely with the Resource Manager, engineers and customers, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our small works programme, helping us provide an exceptional customer experience from initial order through to completion and invoicing.
What You'll Be Doing
Coordinating inspection schedules and ensuring sites are visited at the appropriate time.
Working closely with the Resource Manager to plan and manage workloads effectively.
Raising sales orders and purchase orders using our internal systems.
Maintaining tracker sheets and ensuring customers receive timely and accurate updates.
Liaising with engineers to ensure completed works are properly documented and communicated to customer.
Raising invoices and ensuring customers receive accurate documentation following completion of works.
Arranging and raising purchase orders for third-party inspections where required.
Identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and productivity within the department.
Building positive working relationships with colleagues, customers and external partners.
