**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
**Duties:**
- Prepare and serve beverages to customers following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed
- Manage the door and cloakroom.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in bartending or hospitality is required
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for guests
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
