Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive
Location: Sheffield
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Hours: 09:00 to 17:15, Monday to Friday

A well-established law firm is looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its established team in Sheffield.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5 years PQE or more in Private Client to manage a varied caseload, build strong long term client relationships and develop their career within a supportive legal team.
You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your own files and work across a broad range of Private Client matters, including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate, estate administration and Trusts.
The Role
You will manage a varied Private Client caseload, including:

Drafting and advising on Wills
-
Preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney

Handling Probate and estate administration
-
Advising on Trust matters and Trust administration
-
Advising clients on estate planning and succession matters
-
Managing your own caseload from instruction through to completion

Building and maintaining strong, long term client relationships

Providing clear, practical and empathetic legal advice

Supporting and mentoring junior members of the Private Client team

Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm
About You
The successful Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive will have:

At least 5 years PQE experience in Private Client

Strong technical knowledge across Wills, Probate, estate administration, LPAs and Trusts

Experience managing your own Private Client caseload
-
Excellent client care and communication skills
-
Strong organisational and time management skills
-
The ability to work independently while contributing to a wider team

A professional and approachable manner
-
A genuine interest in developing your career within Private Client
