- Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and increase sales opportunities
- Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Manage checkout processes efficiently using basic math skills for transactions and payments
- Maintain organized store areas, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and proper stock rotation
- Multitask effectively by balancing customer service with store maintenance responsibilities
Qualifications
- Fluency in English; bilingual skills in Spanish or other languages are highly desirable
- Strong communication skills to connect confidently with diverse customers
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions accurately
- Excellent organizational skills to manage stock, displays, and store cleanliness
