We are a well established Property Management Company managing properties owned by other Companies in our Group. We have £40 million pounds worth of property turning over £4 million of rents per year. The properties are all based in the North of England..
We are now offering the right person the chance to be trained as a Property Manager with our Company.
We can offer training in a wide variety of skills in the residential property sector because we are not just a letting agent but responsible for purchasing, refurbishing, letting and managing our properties. That will include developing practical building skills.
We can also offer subsidised training for the right candidate that proves themselves, to get a professional qualification in the industry such as RICS or ARLA
But in return for this valuable training we are looking for a person who has Accounting / Bookkeeping experience
Education to A Level is essential (ideally with at least an A and 2 Bs ) but a Graduate with a 2.1 or above would be preferred.
A clean driving licence would also be helpful so you can get to the different properties but again is not essential
