Overview:
We are currently seeking a maintenance operative to be apart of our grounds maintenance teams. The ideal candidate will be hard working, experienced and willing to travel.
Duties:
- Perform maintenance tasks such as landscaping, gardening, and groundskeeping
- Update company reports through an application
- Utilise power tools and hand tools to carry out repairs and maintenance work
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialised maintenance services
- Ensure irrigation systems are functioning correctly to maintain the landscape
Qualifications:
- Qualifications and previous experience in landscape maintenance or a similar role is required
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for maintenance tasks
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work independently
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members and external vendors
