The Main Course (Key Responsibilities)

Serve customers with warmth and efficiency

Take orders, prepare beverages, and process payments at the till

Operate dishwashers and manually wash utensils

Keep tables and kitchen areas clean and tidy

Follow food safety standards, including correct chopping boards and temperature control

Assemble food according to specifications and pictures

Assist with storage and dispatch of food
