Working in a busy law firm, situated in Leicester, with great training and career prospects. This postion is for a Conveyancing Team Leader, overseeing a small team of another fee-earner, and two support staff. You will also be running a full-case load for yourself.

Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of property transactions from initial instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers.
- Conduct thorough legal searches and review documentation such as titles, contracts, and transfer deeds.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and solicitors to coordinate transaction progress.
- Negotiate terms of sale or purchase on behalf of clients to achieve favourable outcomes.
- Prepare and review legal documents ensuring compliance with current legislation and regulations.
- Provide clear advice to clients regarding legal rights, obligations, and procedural steps involved in conveyancing.
- Maintain accurate case files and ensure all deadlines are met efficiently.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in property law and conveyancing practices to ensure compliance and best practice.
Requirements
- Proven experience in conveyancing is essential
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure advantageous terms for clients.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail is essential to ensure accuracy in legal documentation and compliance.
- A recognised legal qualification or relevant professional accreditation is preferred but not mandatory.
