The Early Intervention in Psychosis Service (EIIP East Surrey) is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated psychologist to join our friendly and supportive multidisciplinary team. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified psychologist or a current Band 7 psychologist looking to further develop specialist skills in working with people experiencing psychosis.
Based at Horizon House, Epsom, with a satellite base in Redhill, the post holder will primarily work with clients in the Reigate and Redhill areas, while also supporting clients across Epsom, Dorking and Molesey. Flexible working is supported, with some remote working continuing.
This role offers a rewarding balance of direct clinical work and professional development. You will provide individual and group psychological interventions, including CBT for psychosis, to service users experiencing a wide range of needs. Working within the Early Intervention in Psychosis model, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact during a crucial stage of recovery.

To carry out comprehensive psychological assessments and
formulation, plan implement and evaluate delivery of psychology interventions..
To actively involve people in developing and agreeing their own care plan, to act as an advocate and ensure that there is proper regard for their dignity, choice, self esteem, racial, cultural, sexual and religious needs and preferences.
To work creatively to adapt verbal and written communication to meet the needs of people who use our services
To undertake comprehensive risk assessments and develop effective risk
management plans
To positively contribute to divisional and team developments in relation to all aspects of psychology practice.
