The Bay Horse in Hurworth is a renowned pub restaurant, proudly Michelin listed and multipe award-winning.
As some long-standing team members depart for university, we are looking for part time waiting staff to join our team here at The Bay Horse in Hurworth. Good food & wine knowledge is beneficial and experience in a venue offering similar cuisine/service is preffered but not essential as full training will be provided.
The successful candidate will need to be confident, hardworking and passionate. You will need to work well both within a team and independently and be comfortable engaging with customers and liaising with the kitchen team.
Wage is dependent on age and tronc payments (tips) are also shared equitably amongst the team.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience preferred
- Bartending and barista experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks
