Do you enjoy talking to people, understanding what they need and helping them make the right choice?
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and motivated Inbound Sales Advisor to join our growing team.
You’ll be speaking with schools that have already enquired about our workshops by phone, email or through our website. You’ll provide a friendly and professional sales consultation, recommend the right workshops and guide each customer through to booking.

For over 16 years, we’ve been bringing learning to life by delivering inspiring educational workshops to schools throughout the UK.
From African Drumming, Dance and Circus Skills to Animal Encounters, Birds of Prey, Chinese Dragon Dance and much more, we create memorable experiences that children never forget.
We’ve now worked with over 2.5 million children nationwide, and we’re passionate about delivering exceptional customer service alongside outstanding workshops.
What you’ll be doing
- Responding quickly to new enquiries by telephone and email.
- Providing friendly and in-depth sales consultations.
- Listening to customers and matching their ideas with the right workshops.
- Recommending additional or alternative options where appropriate.
- Managing expectations and confidently handling objections.
- Following up enquiries by phone and email.
- Managing your own diary, enquiries and next steps.
- Securing bookings and working towards weekly targets.
- Answering incoming calls and managing your own administration.
Being responsive and organised is essential. Our enquiries are warm, but opportunities can be missed if they aren’t contacted and followed up promptly.
What we’re looking for
Ideally you’ll have:
- Previous telesales or sales experience.
- Sales training and a proven ability to close.
- A warm, confident and professional telephone manner.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Confidence handling objections and guiding conversations towards a booking.
- Strong written English, grammar and spelling.
- A positive, proactive attitude and the motivation to achieve targets.
