A self-motivated and disciplined person required, to work part-time. The applicant will be carrying out "mid-Term" rental inspections for a growing family business, on a part-time self-employed basis.
The applicant must be reasonably tech literate (be able to use an android phone and PC). Must be able to write competently in English. Must have own car, must be presentable and be able to pass a DBS check. The job involves interacting with a broad selection of the public, so a cheerful and friendly person would do best in this role.
This job has a certain amount of inherent flexibility, as the daily workloads vary. This mean that an efficient worker often finishes early afternoon and doesnt always finish at 5pm ! (pay remains the same) It would suit someone who wants to work a few days a week.
