THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a Junior Hire Desk Assistant at our Exeter depot in Marsh Barton. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience of working in a busy environment and to learn about the hire industry at a growing and expanding local company.
Job Specification
- Working alongside our hire desk team to provide customer service at our front desk, over the telephone and e-mail
- Effectively liaise with customers to build positive relationships.
- Administration and ad hoc Hire Desk tasks as required.
Person Specification
- Outgoing and approachable
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Enthusiastic and keen to learn
- Industrious and hard working
- Basic Microsoft Office and IT skills
- Pay dependent on age and experience
