What are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone warm, creative and enthusiastic who enjoys spending time with people and helping them get the most out of every day.
As a Lifestyle & Wellbeing Co-ordinator, you’ll play an important role in supporting our residents’ emotional wellbeing and quality of life. You’ll plan and organise a range of enjoyable activities, both individually and in groups, based around residents’ interests, hobbies and personal choices.
Most importantly, you’ll take the time to get to know our residents – what they enjoy, what makes them smile and what is important to them. From hobbies and games to music, conversation, celebrations and trips, you’ll help create opportunities for residents to stay active, engaged and connected.
You’ll be part of a friendly and supportive team that believes life in a care home should be about living, not simply receiving care.
