We are looking for an experienced Residential/General Practice Surveyor to join our successful Professional Services team based in Launceston. If you have a minimum of 2 years PQE and are looking for a full or part time role involving free form RICS Red Book Valuations and potentially Level 2 and 3 Surveys of often varied and unique property across Cornwall and Devon this role may be for you.
We are open to full or part time but anticipate a minimum of 3 days a week. The post could suit those wishing to step back from a full time role, as well as lessor experienced but competent surveyors looking for a new challenge.
The Role:
- Undertaking formal RICS Red Book valuations for residential property.
- Carrying out Level 2 and Level 3 surveys across a range of property types.
- Providing professional advice to clients across Cornwall and Devon.
- Managing a varied workload with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Supporting the continued growth and success of the Professional Services team.
- Full or part-time opportunities available (minimum 3 days per week).
The Ideal Candidate:
- A minimum of 2 years PQE.
- MRICS qualified.
- Experience undertaking Red Book valuations.
- Level 2 and Level 3 survey experience would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, a driven attitude and strong attention to detail.
- A full UK driving licence.
