Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our Distribution Team
Monex Group is experiencing an extended period of growth as a result of our continued business success and growth through acquisition.
· About The Role:
Acting as first point of contact for customers
· Inputting collections on to our in house planning system
· Completing a daily handover
· General admin
· Ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly and pod scanning
· Acting as a contact between our customers and delivery depots
· Any other ad-hoc duties required by the traffic office
· Keeping in regular contact with customers
The customer service advisor will require the following skills:
· Excellent telephone manner
· Computer literate with Microsoft office
· Be able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to work under pressure
· Be flexible with working hours due to the nature of the role
It would be beneficial for the candidate to have.
· Experience of working within a pallet network
· Experience working within the Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain industry
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
Education:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
