We are seeking a talented and professional Hair Stylist to join our dynamic salon team. Responsibilities
- Provide a wide range of hair styling services including cutting, colouring, styling, and specialised treatments.
- Offer personalised consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable styles or treatments.
- Manage front desk duties including appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and maintaining the salon’s organisational standards.
- Upsell products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and maximise revenue opportunities.
- Mentor junior staff or apprentices, sharing expertise in hairdressing techniques and customer service excellence.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety throughout the salon environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hairdressing with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse styling techniques.
- Skills in store management or team leadership are advantageous but not essential.
- Certification or recognised training in barbering, eyelash extensions, or makeup application is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanour.
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
