Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining various machinery used in fabrication and assembly processes. Your expertise will contribute to producing high-quality products efficiently and safely. This role also includes quality control packing.
Member of the manufacturing team, reporting to the Team Leaders and Production Supervisors. Responsible for assembling, manufacturing and packing products in accordance with the Production plan by adhering to set procedures and Quality requirements.
Based inside a Clean Room environment, you will be required to carry out the basic operations on a rotary machine, and pack finish parts at the end of the line. You will also ensure the appropriate course of action is taken as soon as any issue likely to affect the quality of product being produced is noticed and will keep accurate and timely information relating to GMP and GDP. You will also take the appropriate actions to fully investigate the root cause in conjunction with the Quality team and appropriate team members.
You will lead by example, making sure that cleanliness and maintenance of machines and housekeeping of workspaces are of the highest standard as well as ensuring that all processes are completed as per documented instructions. Should gaps in our documentation arise, you will take the appropriate course of action to rectify these as soon as possible in conjunction with the Team Leaders.
Hours are 2 week rotating shift of 6am-2pm and 1.45pm to 9.45pm. Please note this is in a clean room environment.
This role is 6 months with potential for extension and possible temp to perm.
