We are looking for an Account Manager who can build strong client relationships, manage day-to-day account activity, and act as the key point of contact between our clients and internal teams. You are not just handling emails and updates; you are making sure clients feel supported, informed, and confident in the service they receive.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, handling regular communication, updates, and service-related enquiries.
Account Coordination: Monitor account activity, track client requirements, and ensure internal teams are aligned on priorities and deadlines.
Service Delivery Support: Work with operations and support teams to make sure client requests are completed accurately and on time.
Issue Resolution: Respond to client concerns professionally, investigate problems, and coordinate practical solutions.
Reporting and Updates: Prepare regular account updates, summaries, and reports for clients and internal management.
Client Retention: Build trust with clients by understanding their needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and maintaining a high level of service.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate clearly with clients, managers, and colleagues to ensure expectations are understood and met.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: Previous experience in account management, client services, business support, customer success, or a similar mid-level role.
Communication Skills: Confident written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage professional client conversations.
Organisation: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts, tasks, and deadlines.
Problem Solving: Able to handle client concerns calmly and find practical solutions.
Teamwork: Comfortable working with different departments to deliver a smooth client experience.
Mindset: Professional, reliable, and service-focused. You understand the value of strong client relationships and consistent follow-through.
Pay: £2,600.00-£3,500.00 per month
