You will be joining our rapidly growing Workforce Transformation team within Capgemini Invent, where our purpose is to deliver value to our clients through augmenting people, technology, and new ways of working that generate growth and profitability whilst delighting their workforces.
In your role, you will engage with a range of clients to lead and deliver sustainable business outcomes through a variety of programmes which are designed to help clients rapidly adapt to, and navigate through, complex Transformations. You will be generating new ideas and conceptual frameworks to help solve problems, provide steer on delivery, and create insightful fact-based findings and recommendations, identifying and delivering on-sell or new sales opportunities. Through enabling clients to succeed, you will help Capgemini Invent to maintain its position as the market leader in Digital Transformation consulting.
