Anderson Commercials and Vehicle Specialists are a well-established family run business with over 30 years trading. We specialize in all aspects of vehicle maintenance, diagnostics and can carry out all classes of vehicle MOT’s. Our well-equipped workshops are capable of taking all vehicles from motorcycles, cars, light commercials and heavy goods vehicles.
Our other services also include vehicle breakdown and recovery operated by a dedicated team of recovery specialists with a fleet of recovery units from fully equipped single car units, multi car transporters and heavy goods recovery units.
Our workshops are based on our multi-site operation in Ellistown, South Leicestershire.
Job Description
Based at our truck and trailer wash bay site in South Leicester Industrial Estate this is a varied and physical role but important role to our business. The roles and duties of the job are as follows.
- To wash and prepare vehicles from cars, light commercials to heavy goods and trailers ready for our workshops to inspect and MOT. The main areas to prepare are
- Steam clean vehicle undersides working areas.
- Steam clean engine bays and undertrays ready for diagnostic
- Exterior cleans of bodywork and trailers
- Interior cab cleans
- Car and light commercial full valets
- Courtesy wash and vacs for retail customers.
Our purpose-built wash bays are fully equipped with all the equipment required for vehicle valeting, steam cleans and preparation.

Working Schedule
- Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm & Alternative Saturdays 07:30am to 1pm (potentially change to every other in the future but salary would be pro-rata)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £32,500.00-£34,500.00 per year
