Beauty Therapist / Body Sculpting Therapist
We are looking for a friendly, motivated and professional Beauty Therapist to join our growing salon team on a self-employed, commission-based basis.
This position will initially be part-time, with the opportunity to progress to full-time as your client base and bookings grow.
Pay
40% commission on treatments, paid weekly.
This is a self-employed position, giving you the opportunity to build a busy column and increase your earnings as your client base grows.
The Role
You will be providing a range of beauty treatments within our salon, with a particular focus on our growing body sculpting services.
Full training in our body sculpting treatments and protocols will be provided, so previous body sculpting experience is not essential.
Your role will include:
- Carrying out professional beauty treatments
- Performing body sculpting treatments following training
- Looking after clients throughout their treatment journey
- Completing consultations and recommending suitable treatments/packages
- Providing excellent customer service and building strong client relationships
- Encouraging repeat bookings and treatment packages
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism
- Working alongside the rest of the salon and aesthetics team
- Supporting promotions, offers and salon events
- Helping create a friendly, positive team environment

Previous experience is beneficial, but attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are extremely important to us.

Pay: £400.00-£1,600.00 per week
