I'm looking to hire an outgoing sales/ customer service person for a full time role based in our Victoria Street store. The role will encompass a high proportion of contact with new and existing customers, so excellent communication skills are required. A solid understanding of Microsoft Office software coupled with intermediate computers skills will also be a must.
Previous experience in our industry would be a plus!
This role will involve heavy use of Zoho CRM systems, WhatsApp and email with new and existing clients.
Key KPI's are:
- Time to 1st response
- Number of outbound calls
- Number and value of new clients served
- Number and value of repeat clients served
- Number and value of purchases made
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
