Working closely with the Service Leader and the Advanced Support Worker team, you will be responsible for 1 lady with complex care needs
Our Support Needs & Challenges
You will be support a lady with varying needs and different challenges in her life which include autism, learning disabilities and some element of mental health. We have a staff team who are all trained and familiar with supporting someone with similar needs. this lady is mobile and may need prompting with personal care, but has a strict routine that she likes to follow, this is very important for this lady.
Our Shifts: 8am till 8pm days
Shift Requirement: Days

UK Driving License Required? Yes - Essential
What You'll Be Doing
You’ll be supporting this lady to live her daily life in the way they wants to live it. This means you will provide support in a wide variety of ways, including:
- Supporting with personal care
- Medication Administration
- Home management, including support with cooking, cleaning, shopping and budget management
- Daily activities - anything and everything the person we support like to do is something you might provide support with! So come ready and willing to put yourself out there and try some new things!
- This lady loves getting out in the community, so this is something you would support with too!
The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 in Social Care and strong experience in mental health, autism and sensory communication, and physical health.
If you do not have a qualification, you will need to have experience in social care.
You will know how to connect with people and be passionate about supporting people to live independently. You will also be a brilliant mentor and share your skills and experiences with your colleagues.
We will develop your talents with a range of specialist training, including the opportunity to learn Positive Behaviour Support methods
