About the Role
This is a back-of-house, office-based sales role. You'll speak with students across WhatsApp, online chat, phone, and email, guiding them from first enquiry all the way through to a completed, documented sale.
It's a fast-moving, data-driven role that rewards strong attention to detail, sharp organisation, and a genuine love of sales. You'll be part of a close-knit, knowledgeable team with clear targets and full support from day one — plus a real say in your own progression.
A Typical Day Includes
- Engaging with customers via WhatsApp, email, online chat, and phone
- Guiding customers through the full sales journey, from enquiry to signed contract
- Uploading and managing leads accurately, keeping records organised and up to date
- Proactively following up on leads to drive conversions
- Completing all required sales paperwork and documentation
- Supporting customer service enquiries as they arise

Working Hours
- 40 hours per week
- Shifts range from 4 to 8 hours, scheduled between 8:00am and 8:00pm, Monday to Sunday
- Please note: we're especially keen to hear from candidates available for afternoon/evening shifts, Wednesday to Sunday.
