Job Summary
For the coming season 2026/2027, join our dynamic match-day team as a Sales and Customer Service professional, where your enthusiasm and dedication will drive customer satisfaction and sales growth. In this role, you will be the friendly face of our company, engaging with supporters on match days at Peterborough United FC to promote the Posh Lottery and Raffle products. The proceeds that you will raise will support the clubs charitable aims in the Peterborough region through the work they conduct in their respective foundations. Your proactive approach will help foster lasting relationships, promote our products and services, and contribute to a lively, welcoming environment that motivates both colleagues and customers alike. Great commission structure on top of hourly pay is offered.
Duties
- Greet fans warmly and assist them in selecting the right product while having a good knowledge of the clubs work in the community.
- Actively listen to fan enquiries, providing clear information and solutions with enthusiasm.
- Promote sales by highlighting product features, benefits, and current promotions to maximize customer engagement.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems while ensuring excellent customer experience.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities for positive interactions.
- Add value to the match day experience by your friendly attitude.

- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles with a passion for helping others.
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with diverse customers.
