Summary
We are seeking an Independent Pub Supervisor to join our team at The Dean Swift Pub in Great Britain. This role is vital in ensuring our venues deliver exceptional service and maintain our reputation for excellence. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the pub to ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead and motivate staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering processes.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Qualifications
- Proven management experience in the hospitality sector.

- Excellent communication and guest service abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.

We are offering flexible full time position around 30hr-35hr.
This is a long term position with great intention of promotion and further advancement.
Pay: £14.00-£16.50 per hour
