About You:
We are seeking a conscientious, reliable and hardworking individual with a passion for food and cooking to join our team as a chef. Prior kitchen experience is required, pizza experience is preferred but we are willing to provide training for the right candidate. You will do both pizza, pasta and prep. It is essential that you work well in a team and can handle pressure without compromising on order accuracy. Additionally, you should possess a Food Hygiene Level 2 certification. Importantly, you will really care about making delicious, beautifully presented dishes.
You must be based in the UK and have the right to work.
About Us:
We are a family-run, small restaurant located in the vibrant Oxton Village. Our team consists of cool and friendly individuals who share a love for great food and providing excellent service in a friendly, laid back environment. As a chef, your responsibilities will include ingredient preparation, making starters and pasta dishes, end-of-shift cleaning and helping maintaining a 5 star hygiene rating. You will also become trained in pizza making. You will be an integral part of our team and participate in menu changes; we are always open to new ideas!
This is a full-time position and you must be available to work evenings and weekends. We are open 7 days a week, during training, your shifts will be Wednesday - Sunday and post training will be Monday - Thursday.
