Our warehouse team plays a huge part in bringing the brand to life. From packing orders with care to keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes, this role is key to ensuring every customer receives their Treats order accurately, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
Purpose of the Role
To support the day-to-day running of the warehouse by accurately picking, packing, replenishing, and processing orders and returns, while helping maintain an organised, efficient, and positive working environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in detail, and works well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently across both UK and international shipments
- Ensure all orders are prepared in line with Treats packaging and quality standards
- Support daily dispatch deadlines for courier collections including DPD and DHL
- Replenish stock locations to maintain efficient picking processes across the warehouse
- Process customer returns accurately and in line with internal processes
- Support inventory accuracy and general stock organisation
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment at all times
- Assist with general warehouse duties and support wider business operations where required
- Work collaboratively with the warehouse and customer experience teams to help deliver the best possible customer experience

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately at pace
- Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential.
- Organised and proactive approach to work
- Positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
- Ability to prioritise workload and work efficiently during busy periods
- Reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated
- Flexible approach with a willingness to adapt as the business continues to grow

Pay: Up to £26,000.00 per year
