Front of House Receptionist / Clinic Administrator
We are a multi-award-winning skin clinic with a reputation for excellence and we are seeking a resilient, polished and highly professional individual to join our front-of-house team.
This is a key client-facing role within a fast-paced, high-performing environment, suited to someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and remains composed, efficient, and attentive under pressure.
The Opportunity
You will be the face of the clinic, responsible for creating a seamless and welcoming experience for every patient. This role requires someone who is not only highly organised and proactive, but also hardworking, dependable, and committed to maintaining the highest standards at all times.

Working Hours (Full-Time)
- Monday: 09:00 – 17:45
- Tuesday: 10:30 – 19:15
- Wednesday: 09:00 – 17:45
- Thursday: 09:00 – 17:45
- Friday: 09:00 – 17:45
- 1 in 4 Saturdays (day off in lieu once fully trained)
