TS Site Investigation Ltd are looking for an experienced and motivated Groundworker to join our growing team on a self-employed / CIS subcontract basis, with ongoing full-time work available.
We specialise in ground investigation, structural investigation and enabling works across London and surrounding areas, working on a wide range of commercial, infrastructure and residential projects.
The role will involve a mixture of:
- Groundworks and excavation works
- Trial pits and trenching
- Temporary shoring works
- Street works / highway works
- Assisting with window sampling and intrusive investigation works
- Structural breakout and concrete coring support
- Operating excavators/diggers where required
- General site labour and support duties

Our office/depot is based in Radlett, however works are carried out across London and surrounding areas depending on project requirements.
Essential Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card
- NRSWA / Street Works qualification
- Digger / Excavator operator licence
- Full UK driving licence
- Good attitude and ability to work effectively within a team
- Reliable and punctual
Desirable / Additional Certifications
Additional site qualifications and certifications would be considered a strong advantage.
