Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately for both food and beverages
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following established recipes and safety standards
- Serve food promptly and ensure all orders are delivered with professionalism and care
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety regulations
- Manage cash transactions efficiently using point-of-sale systems, ensuring accurate billing
- Engage with guests to enhance their experience, answer questions about menu items, and offer recommendations
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly and courteously
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and serving standards is a plus
- Strong understanding of food safety practices to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods effectively
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Friendly attitude with excellent communication skills to connect with diverse guests

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
