We're Hiring: Art Teacher (Primary – GCSE)
Start Date: 24 August 2026
Part-time | Online | Small Classes (max. 10 students)
UK Virtual School is looking for a creative, forward-thinking Art Teacher to teach students from Year 1 through to Edexcel iGCSE in our live online classrooms.
Applicants must be available to attend staff induction during the final week of August 2026.
This role is ideal for a teacher who:
Loves creative exploration and student voice
Enjoys designing engaging projects and resources
Is confident teaching up to GCSE level
Wants to help reshape how Art is taught online
Values connection, flexibility, and innovation in education
Is able to work independently and take initiative

Requirements
- Degree in Art
- QTS
- 3+ years' GCSE teaching experience in a physical school environment in the UK
- Online teaching experience
- Pearson Edexcel iGCSE teaching experience preferred
- Experience teaching A Levels (desirable but not required)
- Confident with Zoom and Google Workspace
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Valid DBS
- Contactable references
- An interesting and varied Art portfolio
