Kimera FM UK Ltd work with a wide variety of clients. Due to existing contracts, the company would like to appoint an experience multi skilled general builder/Fabric engineer to join their existing team covering the South West Of England, with the main proportion of work around Devon.
The type of works will include planned and refurbishment projects, operating in both live and unoccupied properties and the projects will offer a wide variety of tasks as the projects differ from project to project.
This role is being offered on a temporary to possibly permanent basis, a company van is negotiable.
Be able to multi skill outside their core trade – to include general building, carpentry & maintenance tasks.
Previous experience of planned and reactive maintenance works in Commercial/Residential & Industrial settings.
Be able to identify issues and be able to problem solve/decision making
Must have the ability to operate safely and have a good knowledge of Health and Safety
Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
Essential:
· Experience of carrying out planned maintenance or refurbishment works
· Full UK driving License
· Familiarity of working in occupied premises
· Experience of all aspects of the wet trade including plastering and masonry as well as general building
