Coloursonic is looking for an experienced Large Format Print Operator to join our growing production team at our London office.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of London’s leading brands, creative agencies, designers and creatives, producing exceptional large format graphics using the latest print technology, including our 3.2m SwissQprint flatbed printer alongside a range of industry-leading equipment.
If you have experience operating any professional large format printer, your skills will be transferable, and full training will be provided on our specific machinery.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Operating large format roll-to-roll and flatbed printers.
- Preparing artwork for production using RIP software, including spot colour and white ink layers.
- Carrying out daily maintenance and cleaning of print equipment.
- Monitoring print quality to ensure every job meets Coloursonic’s high standards.
- Managing stock levels of media and consumables.
- Working closely with Project Managers to determine the most suitable materials and production methods.
- Producing work efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who has:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience operating large format printers.
- Experience with either roll-to-roll or flatbed printing equipment.
- A good working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator (essential).
- Experience with ONYX or PrintFactory RIP software (preferred but not essential).
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
- The ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to be part of a close-knit team.
- Flexibility when production deadlines require it.
