Responsibilities
- Support CQC registration process
- Review and implement policies and procedures
- Prepare for CQC interview and registration requirements
- Establish governance, compliance and quality systems
- Support recruitment and onboarding of care staff
- Provide operational guidance and oversight
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and best practice
Requirements
- Previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager in domiciliary care
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
- Experience with safeguarding, care planning and audits
- Leadership and operational management experience
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (preferred)
