As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Operations Support Executive. This is a varied role where you'll work closely with both HQ and field teams to support the performance and success of practices across the group.

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing weekly reports and KPI performance across practices
- Identifying trends and areas for operational improvement
- Supporting field managers with business improvement plans
- Producing reports and sharing operational insights
- Supporting practice teams with systems and process training
- Assisting with compliance initiatives and operational projects
- Building strong relationships across central and practice teams
- Supporting wider operational activities across the business
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working in a customer facing environment and comfortable speaking on the phone
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills and the ability to liaise with practices confidently and professionally
- A keen eye for detail and precision
- A "can do" attitude and common-sense approach
