Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner Level 2 to join our team in Harlow. Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of age-appropriate activities that promote children's development across all areas.
- Supervise and engage with children during play, learning, and mealtime, fostering their social and emotional growth.
- Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment in accordance with nursery policies and procedures.
- Observe and record children's progress, sharing insights with colleagues and parents as appropriate.
- Support the implementation of individualised care plans for children with additional needs.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations within the nursery.
- Uphold high standards of health and safety at all times, including adhering to safeguarding policies.
Experience
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery or early childhood setting is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childcare best practices.
- Demonstrated management or leadership skills within a childcare environment are advantageous.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with colleagues, children, and parents.
- Ability to work well as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative independently.

Pay: £24,420.00-£29,000.00 per year
