We are seeking a motivated and collaborative individual to join our team as a Teaching, Learning and Student Experience Assistant. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality teaching, learning and student support services, ensuring an excellent student experience across the University within a dynamic and inclusive environment.
You will be responsible for:

Providing administrative and clerical support across teaching, learning and student administration activities

Acting as a first point of contact for enquiries, offering guidance and support while escalating where appropriate

Maintaining accurate student records and ensuring high standards of data quality
-
Supporting meetings, events, and processes including room bookings, correspondence, and documentation
-
Working flexibly across teams to support service delivery and continuous improvement initiatives

Experience of working with administrative processes

Experience working in a customer service environment

Experience supporting students or working in an education setting

Experience supporting meetings or events

Understanding of higher education or student services
