Commis Chef – Northbrook Arms
East Stratton, Hampshire SO21 3DU (sitting equally between Winchester and Basingstoke)
SUMMARY OF ROLE
We are looking for a CDP chef to join our kitchen team. You will work alongside our other chefs and kitchen team to produce quality freshly prepared dishes. T
You will be working within a modern kitchen that serves a bar and brand/ modern restaurant along with function rooms that host a variety of events. There is also a large outside dining area on the village green.
The Northbrook Arms Pub has a great reputation for fresh and well cooked pub classics.
SALARY AND PACKAGE
· Up to £13.50 an hour basic salary with bronc on top of this adding approximately £3 an hour.
· 28 days holiday

NECESSARY REQUIREMENTS
· Full Driving Licence.
· Team player.
· Right to work within the UK.
· Calm and controlled personality.
· A passion for food.
DIRECT ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Delivery of quality food alongside the kitchen team.
· Assist in maintaining food hygiene and safety standards.
· Assist in maintaining cleaning standards and records within the kitchen.
· Assist in managing stock and controlling fridge, freezer standards.
· Adhere to allergen and dietary laws.
