We’re looking for a full time, fixed term Neighbourhood Housing Manager to join our team! This isn’t just about managing homes – it’s about people, places, and creating thriving communities.
You will play a key role in supporting customers and communities by managing tenancies, lettings, improving estates and community safety across an area patch. This is a people first role, not a desk based one. You’ll be visible in your communities, building relationships and trust, working with customers, colleagues and partners. You will aim to sustain tenancies, ensure homes are safe and ready to let, and intervene early to support customers at risk—helping people sustain their homes and thrive. With regular estate visits, you’ll tackle safety issues, safeguarding concerns, and anti‑social behaviour.
If you’re ready to champion our compassionate, trauma‑informed approach and make a real impact in our communities, this could be the opportunity for you!
We want our customers to know who we are, trust us, and feel supported throughout their tenancy. You'll build strong relationships with customers, helping to identify challenges early and provide the right support at the right time.
At Codi, we're committed to helping people sustain their tenancies and thrive in their homes, with a strong focus on preventing evictions wherever possible. You'll play a key role in delivering this commitment by taking a proactive, customer-focused approach that helps customers remain safe, secure and successful in their homes
Skills and Experience Needed
You’ll bring solid experience in tenancy and estate management, working collaboratively to deliver flexible, customer‑focused services. You’ll be confident building strong relationships with external agencies and elected representatives and committed to putting customers first. You will have a strong knowledge of housing legislation, including the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016.
The ideal candidate will bring experience of managing antisocial behaviour and safeguarding cases, and have confidence to make sound, proportionate decisions.
A relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience is essential, along with a full driving licence and access to a vehicle to engage with the communities this role covers. You’ll also have a proven track record of delivering great service and contributing to continuous improvement.

This is a 37 hour per week role and is fixed term until 31st March 2027 with a competitive salary, along with a great package designed to support you at work and beyond.
