Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
- Mix and serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, ensuring guest satisfaction and safety
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista/bartender station in accordance with food safety standards
- Take customer orders accurately, process payments efficiently, and handle cash or POS transactions
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as garnishing drinks or preparing light snacks when needed
- Monitor guest interactions to ensure a positive experience while adhering to responsible serving practices
- Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve all guests promptly and efficiently
Skills
- Knowledge of food safety protocols to maintain hygiene standards at all times
- Previous barista experience is highly desirable, demonstrating familiarity with coffee brewing equipment and techniques
- Experience in serving or bartending, with a focus on delivering friendly, attentive customer service
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and managing cash or digital payments
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in beverage preparation and customer interactions
