We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and motivated Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join our dedicated care team. You will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily living needs while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
Working alongside nurses and other healthcare professionals, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care in a safe and supportive environment.
Candidate should be trained in SystenOne (Clinical Software)
Clinical Responsibilities
- Perform NHS Health Checks.
- Record patient observations including:
- Blood pressure
- Pulse
- Oxygen saturation
- Height, weight, and BMI
- Undertake new patient health checks.
- Conduct smoking status assessments and provide brief lifestyle advice.
- Support patients with weight management and healthy living advice.
- Prepare and maintain clinical rooms and equipment.
- Undertake wound care and dressing changes (where appropriately trained). trained and competent).
- Chaperone patients during examinations and procedures.
- Ensure accurate clinical records are maintained using the practice clinical system.
- Recognise and report abnormal findings promptly to the appropriate clinician.
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
